Northern Forest Canoe Trail Vacation Packages offer you access to some of the finest experiences on our 740-mile trail. If you are looking for adventure and to be replenished in a wild and unscripted place, seek no further.
These packages include the services of expert local guides who will organize logistics and offer insight into local human and natural history. Packages also highlight some of the best lodging, dining and shopping establishments in the region. You'll enjoy the convenience of paying just one flat fee for your entire vacation getaway!

Vermont:
Montgomery Marvels: A 2-day getaway combining a paddle on the Missisquoi River with mountain hiking in the Jay Peak area. Package includes 2 nights of lodging in a choice of affordable or luxury accomodations, 3 meals a day provided by excellent dining establishments, a 1-day guided paddle on the Missisquoi River and 1 day of hiking and riding the Aerial Tram at Jay Peak (Tram available through Columbus Day). The Missisquoi River is a calm-water paddle and Jay Peak area mountains are accessible to the average person; technical paddling or hiking skills are not necessary.
Northeast Kingdom's Pedal and Paddle: A two-day exploration featuring paddling on the scenic Clyde River and off-road cycling at the world-famous Kingdom Trails network in East Burke. Includes choice of lodging in East Burke, picnic lunches, trail passes, maps, shuttle services, and restaurant vouchers.
Newport Summer Vacation: A six-night vacation in the Northeast Kingdom for families on a budget. Includes paddling, cycling, site-seeing, hiking, swimming, and educational tours, with a Jay Peak area vacation rental serving as a home base.
Kingdom River Rambles (Coming Soon!): A two to three day trip for river lovers featuring explorations of the Clyde, Black and Barton Rivers and Lake Memphramagog's South Bay. This package includes lodging in the Newport area, picnic lunches, shuttle services, and optional guide services.
New Hampshire:
- Summer=Family Fun Grand Adventure Package - A Grand Adventure awaits you and your family on the mountains and rivers of northern New Hampshire. This voyage blends thrill, breathtaking landscapes and superior service with one night in a mountain top hut, a guided whitewater rafting romp and two nights in a luxury Grand Hotel. Prices are for a family of four.
- Androscoggin River Whitewater Rafting Package 1 - Rustic Lodge - Explore prime moose, bald eagle and osprey habitat and cavort with your friends and family in some of northern New Hampshire's best whitewater! This package includes 2 nights at the secluded and cozy Great Northern Moose Lodge, 1 day of guided whitewater rafting with North Woods Rafting, boat and select gear rentals, 2 hearty continental breakfasts, 1 trail lunch and NFCT's Map 7.
- Androscoggin River Whitewater Rafting Package 2 - Village Guesthouse- Explore prime moose, bald eagle and osprey habitat and cavort with your friends and family in some of northern New Hampshire's best whitewater! This package includes 2 nights at the well-kept and comfortable 150 MAIN STREET LODGING ON THE ANDROSCOGGIN in Errol, NH, 1 day of guided whitewater rafting with North Woods Rafting, boat and select gear rentals, 2 breakfasts, 1 trail lunch and NFCT's Map 7.
- Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge Package - Journey to the broad and pristine waters of Lake Umbagog in Coos County; home to nesting bald eagles and moose. You can choose to stay in a cozy cabin situated on the Magalloway River or in a lovely guesthouse located next to the Androscoggin River. This package includes 3 nights at the Magalloway River Inn Cabins or 150 MAIN STREET LODGING ON THE ANDROSCOGGIN, 2 days of guided flatwater paddling with a guide from Outdoor ESCAPES New Hampshire (with options for whitewater canoeing or hiking also available), naturalist interpretation, 2 breakfasts, 2 trail lunches, shuttle services and NFCT's Map 7.
- Connecticut River Paddle Package - Explore the lazy currents of the Connecticut River and learn about the region's natural and cultural history with your guide from Outdoor ESCAPES New Hampshire. You will stay in either the Blueberry Hill Inn - Cafe and Campground, an early colonial farm house surrounded by over 50 acres of forest and blueberry fields or the Trailside Lodge, a secluded Lodge with spacious apartments and mountain views. This package includes 2 nights lodging, 1 day of guided paddling, boat and select gear rentals, shuttle services, 2 homemade breakfasts (depending on lodging choice), 1 trail lunch and NFCT's Map 7.
- A Grand New Hampshire Vacation - This summer, venture northwards for a truly Grand Adventure. The owner of the rustic and cozy Great Northern Moose Lodge has designed the vacation of a lifetime. This package features several of the Certified Grand Adventures of Coos County including paddling on the NFCT, a whitewater rafting trip, a rolling dogsled ride through secluded woods and several other top notch adventures. Each excursion blends thrill and excellent service with beatiful landscapes and wildlife.

Several of these packages are located along the Northern Forest Canoe Trail.
