Upwards – Author talk, slideshow and book signing as part of Adirondack’s Celebrate Paddling Month

A special event with an outfitter that was part of the Upwards story. Earlier in the afternoon, at 5 p.m., St. Regis Canoe Outfitters will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their newly renovated boat launch and river retaining wall on the Saranac River, with refreshments. The evening continues with a one-hour slideshow about Laurie’s 2015 solo thru-paddle, followed by a book signing.
