In the summer of 2015, Laurie Apgar Chandler solo thru-paddled the NFCT and has recently released Upwards, the story of her 53-day journey at age 53. She will be signing copies of her book Sunday from 12-2 p.m. at this event, which features 85 vendors in a historic brick industrial building, offering books, vintage treasures, holiday treats, upcycled salvage styles and unique handmade gifts. The book will be available at the Maine Authors Publishing booth on Dec. 16 from 10-6 and Dec. 17 from 10-4.
