Plattsburg’s Hungry Bear Restaurant

I’ve eaten breakfast twice lately at the Hungry Bear Restaurant, on the Military Turnpike, in Plattsburg. It’s about a mile and a half north of the Treadwell Mills dam. That might be a bit of a walk for a through paddler (we drove), but the prices and portions are paddler friendly, as are the customers and staff. Well worth a visit if you are in the area and hungry! – K
