90 Miles in 3 Days: Prepping for the Adirondack Canoe Classic

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to livestream tonight’s 90-Miler Prep Panel. We will, however, record the session and post it to our YouTube and share it this week. We’re still taking questions for the panel. If you have a question to ask, please email: chris@northernforestcanoetrail.org. See the original announcement below for more details!

The Adirondack Canoe Classic, more commonly known as the 90-Miler, takes racers on a three-day trip from Old Forge to Saranac Lake. An Adirondack tradition, the 90-Miler attracts paddlers from across the globe, from first-time racers to seasoned 30-year veterans.

The event isn’t to be taken lightly, though — successfully completing each leg takes planning and preparation. Join us June 1 at the Hotel Saranac Ballroom to hear from three racers of varying experience and skill — Roger Gocking, Brandon Devito and Kaet Wild — and to share your tips and tricks with fellow paddlers. There will be a cash bar and an opportunity to socialize with fellow paddlers.

When: 7 pm Wednesday, June 1
Where: Hotel Saranac Ballroom

This panel event place during Celebrate Paddling ADK, a month-long festival featuring presentations and discussions at local establishments, river cleanups and paddling activities on nearby waters. To learn more and for a full schedule of activities, visit celebratepaddlingadk.com.
