Tupper Lake, NY

Perhaps one of the most picturesque locales in the Adirondacks, Tupper Lake is surrounded by premiere paddling destinations: the Raquette River, the Oxbow, Stony Creek, Tupper Lake, Simon Pond, Upper Saranac Lake, Fish Creek and so much more. This old logging community is also home to one of the original Adirondack outfitting shops — Raquette River Outfitters — the world famous Wild Center and Raquette River Brewing, a popular choice for thirsty paddlers.

Day 2 of the 90-Miler wraps up at the Crusher state boat launch here, and Roger Gocking organizes the Tupper Lake 8-Miler, part of a great weekend of canoe racing in June that also includes the Celebrate Paddling Invitational.
